Ingredients:

One (1.75 QT) Hudsonville Ice Cream Original Peppermint Stick Ice Cream
1 package Oreo cookies
1 jar of Mrs. Richardson’s Dark Chocolate Fudge
1 bag of candy cane candies or sticks

Directions:

Crush up enough Oreo’s to fill the bottom of your pan pie
Place in freezer for 10-30 minutes
Thaw ice cream for 15 minutes or until soft
Fill the pan pie with Hudsonville Peppermint Stick ice cream
Place in freezer for 15 – 20 minutes
Spread fudge on top, covering the entire pie
Crush up some candy cane candies and sprinkle on top

Place in freezer until ready to serve
